The Problem
FedEx partnered with Dialexa to modernize their commercial and retail eCommerce print platforms. The marketplace lacked the ability for customers to check out with both third-party and FedEx Office-produced products in a single transaction. Ideally, a mixed cart solution would allow customers to combine all products in one checkout. However, due to the complexity of this solution, an interim approach was implemented: multiple carts separated by delivery type, enabling customers to select which cart to check out with first.

Leveraged the FedEx design system to brainstorm layout options ensuring consistency with the overall aesthetic of the retail website

Chubb RFP

The Problem
Chubb faces challenges in aligning its digital presence with the modern, sophisticated brand image it aims to project. Due to prolonged production timelines, the current site has different design styles that now feel outdated. Dialexa submit an RFP to initiate a design exploration phase for Chubb.com. Our focus was to evaluate the current state, identify opportunities, and explore different ways to showcase Chubb’s value and offerings.

Conducted competitive analysis to examine direct competitors as well as industries synonymous with white-glove, premier, and luxury services
1 proof of concept user flow including the homepage, 2 content pages, and an agent list
Integration of micro-interactions that serve as delightful surprises for users, leaving a lasting impression of Chubb’s exceptional service and dedication to perfection
Reorganized insurance package configurations for high net worth individuals packaged into Lifestyle, Traditional Asset Protection, and Entrepreneurial bundles
Dialexa Hub
My Role: Designer

The Problem
Dialexa Hub is an internal tool, developed in-house, designed to store project information and help reduce risks, guide delivery decisions, and improve project planning. It simplifies onboarding for new team members and promotes knowledge sharing across the company. By refining processes and reusing existing knowledge, the Hub helps Dialexa work more efficiently. It also connects employees to internal experts and is used for creating proposals, making client recommendations, and providing support.
Results & My Contribution
Collaborated with the lead designer to develop a proof of concept (POC) for the Hub
Completed wireframe iterations and final designs within one week
Accelerated wireframe development due to simultaneous design and development kickoffs
After discussions with the lead designer, we opted for Material Design to streamline the process and speed up execution
Engaged with the engineering team early and frequently to ensure technical feasibility
